There is no more small ship, large ship and station. You just place the block you want and press R if you want a small ship. Patch notes are your friend, this is an EA game, it changes a lot.
I think it just switches between large and small blocks. If the block is placed in mid-air, it will default to being a ship. If it’s placed while overlapping terrain, it will default to a station. 18/08/2016 · The new building system no longer uses the new small ship, large ship, or station buttons. You can just place down a landing gear (of the size you want, press R to switch between small/large), or even build in open space by placing blocks.
But since the beta update, I don’t know how to place the landing gear for a ship I want to start. Before you selected the option “Build Small Ship” or “Build Large Ship” and you could place the first landing gear. That option either no longer exists, or I simply can’t find it. Depending on how you design your ships and bases, absolutely. The “standard” way to automate blueprint manufacture in Space Engineers is to use a wall of welders attached to a piston or ship. This is likely to be very laggy, runs the risk of not fully welding up some blocks, and all around is not your friend.

However, when playing the tutorial I come across a level where you have to build your own ship. You do this by pressing G and pressing “new small ship”. You can’t “paste” in survival. You have to build a projector block, then assign it to project the blueprint. Projectors need to be the same size as what you are building, so a small ship projector to project a small ship blueprint. The bluepront shows up as a hologram of your ship and you have to weld all the bits.

23/04/2014 · You should be happy they don’t go beta yet! Beta means bug fixing and making sure everything works. That also means they will stop adding in new features unless they have to be there to fix what causes a failure. Alpha stage is keep adding things up to the point where they feel that everything they want is in their game.
